In today’s task, Arnold and the other Security Force members have to guard quays and ships at the Naval Station. Rebels from the Islandic enclave in North Vendia are attacking from RIBs and needs to be stopped before reaching vital installations or warships.
Although everything is only an exercise, the scenario illustrates one of the Security Forces’ tasks that they are fine-tuned to master.

The participants of the exercise are from several of the five Security Force Flotillas, which is part of the Home Guard Reaction Force establish at the latest defence agreement.
The flotillas are a part of the Naval Home Guard but are controlled directly from Admiral Danish Fleet Headquarters.
To be a part of the Reaction Force demands a lot from the individual soldier. An extensive training programme needs to be completed and the volunteers that comprise the force must serve at least 100 hours per year.
