The Kitae project, presents a series of reports which through experience, and research from Afghanisan, addresses the needs of modern warfare in the example of intelligence gathering and organization, and challenges among others, the traditional hierarchic mindset of the military, in the attempt to gain increased combat flexibility, and “agility” on the battlefield. In short, KITAE presents an array of thrilling analysis of new and important aspects of modern warfare, well founded upon thorough research, conducted in e.g. the Helmand province. The project is prepared on the basis of six months fieldwork in Gereshk valley, in southern Afghanistan, as an intelligence officer. – The research papers are available as of week 38.
