The stay in Aalborg lasts until Monday 8 September where the ships during the morning will head back to sea and where the DANEX exercise will start for real.

The weekend in Northern Jutland is therefore a good opportunity for the crews of the ships to gather their strength for next week’s demanding programme.

Portvisits, which are a tradition during the DANEX exercises, also have the purpose to give everyone who is interested a possibility to take a closer look at the ships and to get on board several of them.

For students, people with technical background or persons with certificate of having finished their apprenticeship there will be a special opportunity during the stay to get on board some of the Danish ships an get to know more about, what the Danish Navy has to offer.
